We aim to cater for all allergies & intolerances. CHEF T was awarded a certificate in coeliac training & is an allergen awareness specialist! I train all staff monthly about the presence of allergens. We don’t have a separate ‘gluten free menu’ ‘dairy free menu’ etc, – as all my menus are adaptable to most diets/needs.
